Las Vegas, Nevada
View Original Description
Once the playground for the Rat Pack (Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Joey Bishop, and Peter Lawford), Las Vegas is a city that is making a comeback with new, upscale hotels such as the Cosmopolitan and the Aria. These hotels, equipped with state of the art spas, rooms, and grounds are bringing back much of the flare and style of the Vegas of the 60s.
Although Las Vegas is known for its casinos there’s still plenty to do and experience even if you don’t gamble. You can take in a show, do some high-end shopping, play a round of golf, or have a fine dining experience (many of the most popular chefs of our time have restaurants there). There’s plenty to do at all of the themed hotels such as ride the roller coaster at New York-New York or see Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage.
