Climb Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree, Warren National Park, Western Australia

The Dave Evans Bicentennial Tree, originally a fire lookout tree, was pegged for climbing to celebrate Western Australia's 1988 bicentennial. Along with the Diamond and Gloucester Tree, it is one of three lookouts which remain climbable in the Warren National Park of southwestern Australia. The two tonne platform, at a height of 75 metres (246 ft), is reached by climbing 165 metal spikes hammered into the trunk.
